How to easily manage your child’s screen time

Parents might face many problems when when it comes to children’s screen time management. First of all, the technology has become a top activity for many kids who often choose online games & apps over other other activities such as reading books or screen-free play. Even though¬†American Academy of Pediatrics has recently changed¬†their strict guidelines from 2 hours to a more flexible approach, they didn’t give a green light to unlimited screen time, allowing parents to decide which amount of screen time is appropriate for their child.

The latest reseaches¬†prove it’s indeed a hard task as time with screens keeps on increasing: some¬†findings show that children between the ages of two and five average 2.2 hours per day while according to other studies preschoolers spend as much as 4.16 and 4.6 hours per day using screen media

That’s the reason we created this worksheet, which (hopefully!) will make keeping an eye on your kid’s screen time easier. You can customize the minutes of each activity and add your own conditions to the list. (scroll down to get a pdf version of the file).
